The Shadow Boxing Band was developed to prevent injury when training for the martial arts like boxing, kick boxing and cardio-boxing. The band prevents hyperextension of the elbow and shoulder joints while punching. It also increased resistance to the arms and shoulders to help develop more power when practicing. And it is also a mini gym, when used with a door attachment (supplied with purchase) it allows the user to perform many popular resistance exercises pictured here. The shadow boxing band is perfect for practicing boxing in an individual or class setting. You can use two bands to increase the resistance for each punch or vary the angle of resistance for a skill building workout. Use the band to increase your speed and strength! Anchor the band to the door and step away to increase resistance. Shadow Boxing Band Exercises The Shadow Boxing Band is a continuous loop tube with hard handles covered with foam and three foam rollers. The foam rollers keep the tubing from separating and act as a cushion for the band against the skin during shadow boxing exercises. This is the only boxing band with these innovations. The Mens Band is slightly longer and more resistant than the Womens Band Each order for a Shadow Boxing Band includes a door attachment and an instruction booklet illustrating the exercises.
