3 Rules of design for the EP15: Keep it simple. Keep it simple. Keep it simple. Take note: Simple does not in any way mean ''low quality'' in this pad. The EP 15 lacks the bicep protector that comes on many current elbow pads. This design is actually worn by many pros for these reasons: Nothings more mobile. The bicep protector from the shoulder pad gives plenty of protection for this area - and eliminating this from the elbow pad reduces layers of bulk in this critical area. The slash protector is not as beefy as a Jofa elbow pad, but is sufficient for most league play and even travel play. The straps are elastic and have the double back design for good adjustability and holding power. The cap is a covered hard cap (sorry guys - you can't use this one in the NHL if you make it). The fit is deep, making the pad sit well on your arm. For a great fit, great mobility, excellent quality and an all around good elbow pad, the EP 15 is an awesome choice.
