The knives in the BOKER Integral Series are forged exclusively of 440-C stainless steel, differing from other cutlery steel due to its excellent ability to hold an edge. A forging pressure of approximately 500 tons is required to mold the red-hot blanks. An interesting feature of all models is the harmony between the blade and the handle. The inserts are hand-fitted into the integral bodies - a time-consuming step. A fine satin surface polish completes the job. The sheaths of top quality saddle leather are manufactured in England exclusively for this series. Overall length of 9 1/2" and blade length of 5". Model: 561
