The Multisports Multx-500 Home Gym offers better range of motion and a higher quality multi-angle swivel seat. It is designed for comfort and isolation of muscle building exercises. The Multx-500 Home Gym, designed for home use, has a 200 pounds weight stack for resistance. It is designed to target muscle groups in the arms, shoulders, back, abdominals and legs. The frame is constructed of 2 x 3 inch 11 gauge steel and the high density contoured bench is premium grade vinyl. The Multisports Multx-500 Home Gym features the following exercises; ab crunch cable, low row, pec dec, high pulley and leg extension/curl. The cables are nylon coated 2200 pounds test aircraft cables and the frame is finished with a spider white wrinkle coat. The Multisports Multx-500 Home Gym also features a multi-angle swivel seat and unique weight stack increments.
