SOG is famous for their high quality, reasonably priced fixed blades and stylish, innovative designs. The new Field Pup is a beautiful knife with its nice satin finish, usually found on very expensive knives. It is just about the right size and weight to be unobtrusive yet universally functional, making it suitable for a variety of tasks including camping chores, food preparation, hunting and fishing, etc. It's comfortable to use with its tactile Kraton molded handle that form fits the full tang blade. SOG's trademarked finger grips are combined with aggressive thumb notches on the back of the blade, making the Field Pup a real working knife. The blade is also protected by a new hybrid black leather/Kydex sheath.
