This jersey is part of Mitchell & Ness' Hardwood Classics Collection.This authentic jersey will have the number 13 and the name 'Chamberlain' on it. This is the same style jersey worn by Wilt Chamberlain with the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers. Quality Construction Authentic Materials. Accurate detailing. Exceptional workmanship. These are the hallmarks of Mitchell & Ness' jerseys, jackets, sweaters and felt pennants. This jersey is made of double knit polyester knit and has purple, white and gold trim at the neck and shoulders. It has "Lakers" sewn in purple on white twill letters on the front. The player's number is sewn in white on purple 3-D style numbers on the front and back. The player's name is sewn on the back in purple on white letters. Although he will be remembered most for his scoring ability, in the latter years of his career Wilt's game changed as did his proficiency on defense. With his all around play, Chamberlain's teams became more successful. Following Wilt's 1967 championship with the Sixers, Chamberlain teamed with fellow Hall of Famer Jerry West to win a title for the Los Angeles Lakers in the 1971-72 season.
