YUM--these bars are highly recommended, October 10, 2004
I really like these bars. They have a high amount of protien and fiber, but most importantly...they taste great!!
I stash them in my purse for a healthy snack when I'm feeling hungry. That way I don't have to rely on a vending machine or fast food when I'm in a pinch!
Also, I'm hypoglycemic, and these are great because of their high protien content and low refined sugar. So they're a great fix when the blood sugar is dropping.
Also, I like these a lot better than the other balance bar varieties, although, those are not bad either. These are not candy bars, but they're as close as you want to get!
