The Balance Balls are very sturdy and weight tested to hold up to 300 pounds when properly inflated. Before inflating a ball, check for any damage. It is normal for the ball to have slight creases (fold marks) when first inflated. Do not attempt to repair a ball if it has been punctured or gouged. Make sure that the ball is at room temperature before inflating. A long plug is included in the ball, as well as a packet containing another long plug and an inflation adaptor with a ball bearing in it. The long plug was designed for people using the ball around children. It is very difficult for a child to remove. The plug needs to be removed before inflating the ball.
