THE LANSKY SHARPENING SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY * Patented aircraft grade aluminum multi-angle knife clamp is symmetrical in design, providing uniform sharpening angles when sharpening both sides of the blade. Through the clamp mounting hole allows for 360° rotation for easy sharpening. Patented recessed finger saddle provides additional comfort. Insures ease and accuracy of use. * Fully adjustable guide rod maintains the same plane during all sharpening conditions. One guide rod for each honing stone. Innovative honing stone guide ensures consistent knife-to-blade angle on both sides of the blade.
