Ideal for those who are always in a hurry. With a wheel housed in the heel, the Heelys Shoes, allows you to walk, run and transition to a roll at any given moment. Freedom is a wheel in your sole. These great looking sporty skate shoes feature a stealthy, removable skate wheel in the heel, perfect for skaters of all skill levels. Unlike Rollerblades or conventional roller skates, Heelys let a wearer shift from walking to skating, or heeling, without changing footwear. Crafted of a suede and mesh upper with an abrasion-resistant toe. These great looking Heelys skate shoes have a rugged toe bumper which is resistant to abrasion. The full lace up front has a padded tongue and collar. To ensure comfort the Heelys Storm comes with a Wave Heel Bracket to provide a smooth ride, the Heelys Storm has also a cushioned insole and shock absorbing midesole. To pop in the wheels, you just open the Sole Saver (a rubber stopper that blends in with the rest of the outer sole of the shoe) with the supplied flat-ended removal tool and then insert the wheel. Removing the wheel and putting the Sole Saver back in is a similarly simple operation. FYI: Heelys comes in whole adult sizes 1-12. Because Heelys do not come in half sizes, so always go to the next size up. Heelys can be comfortably worn in a bigger size.
