Construction: Main strings - 100% braided Aramid fibers bonded together with nylon. Cross strings - Multi-stranded monofilament with abrasion-resistant wear layer. Playability: The 16 gauge Aramid main strings are used for superior durability and resistance to notching. The 16 gauge synthetic gut cross strings are used to insure adeqaute flexability and ball control by complementing the stiff powerful 16 gauge Aramid mains. Recommended Usage: This hybrid string combination is recommended for power players with heavy top spin or chronic string breakage problems. Many advanced players have found this hybrid combination to be the string that will stand up to their power game. Rated as the number one string for durability by the stringers' survey for many years. Recommended Stringing: It is recommended to string the Aramid mains with approximately 5 lbs. less tension than the synthetic gut crosses. Variation from this recommendation may be necessary because of racket design or style of play. Aramid mains: 45-65 lbs. Synthetic Gut crosses: 50-70 lbs.
