The Original Stick Weight (OSW) is a training device that fastens to any stick in seconds. Used to improve stick handling skills and strength the OSW is the best stickhandling training device available on the market. The OSW is a small 4-8 ounce weight that is attached to your stick and is used to improve three major skills: Stickhandling, puck control and shot power by building the players hand and wrist strength. After using the OSW, a player could double or triple the speed of their stickhandling. The OSW attaches with easy to use thumb screws that tighten the face plate to the main body for a secure fit that will not mar the surface of your stick in any way. No tape, no velcro, nothing to wear out, just a simple effective mechanical attachment. Use it at practice or at home for improvements in hand speed that will astonish you. The Junior model is 4 ounces. Resistance can be changed by moving the weight closer to the blade for a harder workout and closer to the hands for a lighter feel. The senior model is 6 ounces.
