On August 26, 2004, the U.S Women's National Soccer Team beat Brazil to win the 2004 OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL in Women's Soccer. That match was the last international match ever for Joy Fawcett and the last major international competition for Mia Hamm and Julie Foudy before all three simultaneously retired on December 8, 2004. This photograph of the entire team on the Olympic Gold Medal Podium was taken by Official U.S. Women's National Soccer Team Players' Association Photographers Sideline Sports Photography LLC.
