This yoga mat continues to receive great feedback from our customers. It was designed for practitioners who tend to slip on their yoga mat due to sweat. The usual solution to this problem is to practice with a yoga rug or towel (like the Skidless Towel) on top of your sticky mat, but the Microfiber Mat is a union between these two items. Its surface is made from a thinly-woven microfiber material which feels like cotton. This material actually grips more as you sweat more. Its also quick-drying and wont retain your sweat for a long time. The underside of the mat is a sticky-mat material, so the mat wont slip on the floor. The Microfiber Mat is also 6 inches longer than a standard mat length. All in all, this mat is a great new idea which eliminates the need to bring two bulky items to your practice. Machine washable on delicate cycle; hang to dry.
