Weighing in at a mere ounce, High Gear's TrailDrop electronic compass has a key chain loop that attaches to practically any pack or jacket and remains unobtrusive until you need it. It's a combination electronic compass/chronograph/alarm/thermometer that's water resistant down to at least 30 meters. Digital compass features include resolution to one degree with an adjustable declination. The backlight feature is excellent for finding your way back home after dark, especially after your flashlight batteries flicker and fade.
