If you don't understand how to perform an exercise, simply click on the exercise on your computer and watch video demonstrations of both the correct and incorrect methods. If you prefer a different exercise, V.I.C.T.O.R.ia offers an exercise library with an interactive "body map" that enables you to highlight a muscle group and view a list of exercises for the specific body part. The interface lists each day's workout and exercises to be completed along with the number of reps to be performed. Customized workouts can be printed in four-week increments, along with training tips from V.I.C.T.O.R.ia. Once a strength training program has been created, the workout is stored on your hard drive where it can be accessed any time.
