The Galileo CC-2 700x60 Refractor Telescope takes the Galileo CC-JRME telescope to the next level. The biggest difference is a longer focal length for larger images and a larger objective lens (60 millimeters) that can capture 20 percent more light than the CC-JRME telescope. The Galileo CC-2 features a slow-motion altitude adjustment rod for fine tuning and a 360-degree rotating focus housing for superb tracking and observation of even the most elusive celestial bodies. In no time at all you and your youngster will be exploring the universe, learning about the rings of Saturn and the moons of Jupiter. Even though this telescope is designed with the young aspiring astronomer in mind, the CC-2 still includes high-end components, such as a 60-millimeter, air-spaced achromatic objective lens and high-quality, multi-coated optics. All of these features--along with a carrying case, lenses, eyepieces, and other accessories--ensure that any young astronomer will be fully equipped to explore the heavens and view the world in a whole new way.
