Balazs Boxing has engineered an improvement to the traditional spring and swivel: the Heavy Hanging System (H2S). The Balazs H2S mounting systems minimize the noise, jarring and vibration caused by working out on your heavy bag. Its patented design decreases excessive bouncing that can cause damaging stress to both the bag and the hardware. All Balazs heavy bag mounts, including those for the UBS, feature the patented H2S. The Standard H2S Heavy Bag Wall Mount attaches to any wall and comes with a spring that can hold up to a 150-pound bag. For heavier bags, you will need the Heavy Duty Spring.

Mounting holes align for 16-inch on-center studs. Includes hardware for mounting to wood stud walls. Dimensions: 34 W x 42.5 D x 22.5 H Weight: 36 pounds.
