The Petzl Tikka Plus headlamp is an upgraded version of the top-selling Tikka with these additional features: 4 LED's instead of 3, a push on/off button instead of a slider switch, a tiltable housing, and 3 brightness settings with strobe function. The Tikka's immense popularity is due to its immense functionality. From Midwest college student to hardcore mountaineer, it seems as though everybody finds the Tikka the handiest of tools. This extremely lightweight and compact headlamp has a wide, elastic headband that fits comfortably and securely for extended use. The Tikka doesn't throw out huge candlepower (33ft or 10m), making it ideal for activities requiring close-up lighting like trail hiking, setting up camp, and reading.
