The Binocular features a 25mm objective lenses with exit pupils of 3.1. Close focus distance is 8.25 feet. The Sportstar III incorporates Nikon's precisely ground and polished lens and prism glass that is meticulously multicoated for bright, crisp and sharp images in a variety of ambient light conditions. In addition to optical advances, the Sportstar III also has structural improvements designed with the latest technology. This model is water-resistant. It can safely be used without fear of leakage in adverse weather. The Sportstar III 8x25 features Nikon's exclusive turn-and-slide rubber eyecups. This allows comfortable eye placement for a variety of viewers. The eye relief for this binocular is 10mm. The Sportstar III has a rubber coating for quiet and a sure grip, wet or dry.
