The Robic M-387 is a great pedometer for those who want to keep track of strides when walking and when jogging. You can make two separate stride length adjustments for walking and for running, and it automatically changes from walk to run without stopping. It measures distance to 1/100 of a mile, and includes a stopwatch with 1/100 second precision. It counts up to 99,999 steps, and it starts and stops when you do.
