The Raid Z is the pack that started the revolution. Yet this ultra light pack still provides the durability and comfort Dana Design is know for. Dana thought out of the box to develop the Raid Z, a versatile pack that is a favorite for adventure racers, ultralighters, fastpackers and other serious backpackers going on longer excursions into the backcountry. The pack incorporates a 50 liter drybag contained within the suspension system that cinches down to secure the drybag. This design keeps your gear dry in any downpour and your packweight low. Designed with thru hikers in mind, this is a popular pack on the long trails like the Appalachian and Pacific Crest trails. Drybag capacity is 50 liters, or 3000 cubic inches within the drybag, but total capacity is almost unlimited due to the gear suspension system that could cinch down large, awkward items in a snap. Weight is two pounds fourteen ounces. Two sizes, Smaller fits torsos 15 to 20 inches, Bigger fits torsos 18 to 23 inches.
