UNDERGROUND SUBMISSION WRESTLING 2 features 3 more matches between Lawrence Grecco and John Schmidt (as seen on Underground Submission Wrestling 1). However,these bouts took place after 6 months of solid training 3-4 times a week. These were private sparring sessions originally recorded solely for training purposes, but are now available to fight fans because of the intense and raw quality of the matches. This DVD picks up where the first one left off. The intensity of the first and third bouts surpasses that of the previous four on Underground Submission Wrestling 1: more like brawls than technical matches, the pace is quicker here, and the use of body strikes is even more forceful, frequent and effective. As in the first DVD, there are no time limits to the bouts, no rules, and no referee is present. It was all shot with astationary digital video camera. The fighting is completely unstaged and only ends when there is an actual submission.
