FitDeck is a deck of custom playing cards that contains "body-resistance" exercises (so no fitness equipment is needed). Each card has three fitness levels to accommodate different abilities (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Cards are held in a convenient neoprene carrying case that clips to your shorts making it easy to carry and draw cards while on the go.
