GoFit's Ultimate ProGym provides all the tools for a full body workout anywhere and any time. The ProGym includes three different, interchangable 4-foot resistance tubes (light, medium, heavy) that can be combined to create seven levels of resistance. The health club quality resistance tubes can be attached to the included fully-cushioned handles for upper body workouts or to the velcro-secured ankle cuffs for lower body workouts. The door anchor included in the kit allows you to secure the tubing at any height to allow you to perform the same exercises done on expensive home gyms while in the office or while on the road in a hotel room. Each ProGym also has a 25-minute personal training session on DVD and an exercise poster to help guide you through a full body workout. The ProGym stores conveniently in the included GoFit carry bag and is small enough to fit in most any carry on baggage or brief case.
