The K2's horizontal bench allows for decline, flat, incline, and shoulder presses. Its bench utilizes pillow block bearings and direct-to-the-stack cabling for the smoothest action possible. Also, you may remove it when you want to perform squats. The seats and seat backs are fully adjustable. The K2's seat backs adjust forward and tilt to fit any size user and for proper support over a wide range of exercises. The adjustments are color coded and labeled with specific setting to minimize transition time and confusion. The K2 Strength Training System's innovative cable station with adjustable arms, allows for a very wide array of exercises including sports specific, core training, and exercises that mimic dumbbell training. Unique to the BodyCraft K2 home gym, the adjustable cable arms provide a whole new range of exercises. Rotate the them to the lowest position for exercises such as shrugs, front raises, lateral raises, and arm curls. Rotate them upward for exercises such as incline press, bench press, pec flys, and decline press. Adjust the cable arms to the top position for shoulder press. The K2 features 4 different exercise stations so that you can change your exercise routine around. The Ab Crunch Station is for abdominal training. This station can also be used for triceps extensions or french curls. The Low Pulley Station with folding foot plate provides a variety of exercises not limited to upright rows, low rows, glute kicks, hip adduction, hip abduction and arm curls. The High Pulley Station is for triceps push downs and lat pull downs. This Strength Training System features two 200 lbs. weight stacks, shrouds and mounted exercise charts. Also, a lat bar and 2 single handles are included for convenience. The K2's press arm easily adjusts to any desired starting point. It also folds out of the way for dumbbell training.
